Very overpriced. I'm disappointed with my bundle. Could have done so much more with this. The furniture is very basic with no animations. The building itself is one floor with a rooftop that has a small pool. The furniture in the bundle doesn't even come close to furnishing the place. Of all the rooms I have this is my least favorite yet the most expensive. I had to be honest sorry to the dev but this is my opinion.
