Next time, please read the 'recommended system requirements' needed before you buy a room. It has been specified in this catalog. Do not buy it if your computer cannot handle it. Also, that is why I encouraged to try the public room first. Everyone else who had purchased this room did not report any problems and it is loading fine for me. My guess is your computer just did not fulfill the requirements.
