HIGHLY Realistic. Ties at #1, for me, out of the latest 100 IMVU Catalogue heads (and yes, I did search through that many; most, out there, have the Cartoon look, or they have proportions that are exaggerated).
I'll say that I found this head looks INCREDIBLE when paired with a skin just as realistic. This is the kind of Meshing that IMVU needs more of, IMO.
