Good textures, nice lot of furniture spots. The lack of swimming nodes is no problem if you have swimming poses in furniture. The one thing I don't like is behind the back corner, facing the single tree, there are three very, very strange spots. They are about knee to waist high on an avatar, where they end up sitting and floating, looking like they are sucking face with air. I can't find any hook to unlock and remove them, so they are just stuck there. Other than that though, this is a great room for those of us with a bent for decorating.
