@MrsGraves As I told you in our PMS lady, I will not give refunds for perfectly working catalog items. Everyone else who looks at this page sees a Try It Button, and I'm the one who told you it is your own fault for not trying it on. (Nice try adding that in there, but I saved our messages back and forth) You did not read the VERY descriptive catalog page, watch the very LARGE instructional video, or Try It on, but the item works exactly as described. Had you done those things you would have decided before buying not to buy. That is not my fault, so I will not issue a refund. If the item did not work or could not be fixed, I would have been happy to refund.
